Maverik Adventure's First Stop

I loved Maverik shops and sometimes went a few times a day. LaVerkin has a comfortable beautiful location. It was always great, but Im confused on the negative customer service at LaVerkin Utah Maverik. My son excavated a flat soda under my direction and was incubated by a manager for it. When I comforted my angry son, I told him that she should yell at me as I was responsible, another employee overheard and asked me what was wrong. I told her what happened, apologized and said the manager had a bad day. Imagine my surprise when the employee who was looking for information began to boast my son. I said politely that I was his mother and if correction was necessary, I could treat it positively. My surprise then turned into me to be appalled when the employee began to stop me from talking negatively about her employee. I tried to say that I meant nothing negative because she had a bad day. We all do it sometimes. I quickly learned that they diffuse their escalating frustration towards us, as customers would prove to be useless. It was embarrassing, of the two loud as the store was busy and many people saw the scene. We had the best way to distance ourselves from the toxic environment, and we were not back. I know working shortage is a big problem, but I would strongly recommend that a large company like Maverik help their business associates in defining themselves leaders and promote their training in leadership and human relations. If business associates are not open to more positive ways to treat their negative emotion or increase their cover of leadership, it may be time to increase the caliber of management and personnel. Repeating a whole team is hard and a big decision, but from the toxicity I experienced in this business, as well as reading other reviews and as a successful entrepreneur, the company must verbally accelerate some strong steps in increasing morality and preventing customers. Free dump station! Located between family dollar and the maverik. No potable water. Squeegees are brand new, cleaned the windows perfect. Convenience store has everything you could need and I encountered nothing but friendly people. Good price for gas too. Thanks for being great. Excellent location

This place F'N rocks!!! On my Utah national park trip I literally came here every morning for gas and food. Their breakfast sandwiches are from heaven and their coffee is delicious and super strong. Their house blend is top five coffee I ever had Also their breakfast burritos are amazing!!!! They also have self checkout!!!! Don't have to wait in line or have forced awkward interaction with cashier !!! And they have other supplies and stuff of course ! The gas was $3.45 at my visit which is way cheaper then spring sale. Love Mavericks!

Rude employees the other reviews are correct. Avoid these Mavericks and take your business across the road to Sinclair. The three ladies who worked there were rude for me and my family. If you don't like your job, stop. I'll never go back there and advise everyone not to do business with them anymore.

Slightly insulted and hot head-gas station visitor took it up to my teenager to parents because he had his candy on the counter (he was just out range behind his little brother). When he reacted kindly (what he should NOT have and I should talk about it) she turned her verdict on me and said wow. Just wow. To the manager: check the band at 8:00 yesterday night. We didn't deserve that. The participant: You caught me from the guard. Next time I won't laugh nervously and agree with you. To my son, I'm sorry I didn't get up for you. Next time?
