Bojangles - La Vergne

I am convinced that this was the worst Bojangles I was. The employees are so RUDE .. the managers look so miserable. They always scare your food up and there is always a 10-15 minutes waiting for something. So sad? and I know that not the only one in my Hoa we are constantly talking about it? How terrible? And this has been going on for years? Every manager they get seems worse than the last.

On a Sunday at 3 p.m. a family dinner on the app ordered. Arrived at 5:58 a.m. and door was locked and shield was attacked to the thru indication, they were closed. App has already taken my payment. I called the shop on Monday and explained the problem. Someone told me that the prosecution was still pending (it was), but it would drop and not post to my account. No excuse for what happened. Checked account on Wednesday and fees fully posted. I called the business again and asked to talk to a manager and explained the problem again. I was told that I had to call my bank and deny the charges by them (what I did). No excuse again. If you can't run the store, you might not allow the online order. There is no way to dispute or contact anyone on the app. You can only order and pay.

Rude and unsurpassed staff. Had to wait for my food for over 10 minutes and then had false size pommes when informed for replacement pommes replaced them only one and refused to give others. Also one took selfies and did not work

Wait in the register to order 20 minutes. She finally came, took someone else's order, didn't come back, I waited ten minutes and left. Someone told me he left too. So they basically lost 2 customers.

Wrong drink. Charged extra for one sauce. Then Looked in box to find no sauce at all. Must be on drugs. This location is trash. Like talking to a wall. I had to repeat my self twice.
