Fattoria Mamma Chica - LA SPEZIA

My husband and I booked this farm tour on a whim during our honeymoon. It ended up being the highlight of our 4 days in Cinque Terre! Francesco and his team were very warm and welcoming. He picked us from from the nearest train station (La Spezia Centrale) and showed us around the beautiful family farm, giving stories on its history, the animals, and the crops. We went horseback riding and fed Jack and his friends, who were all adorable and sweet! We ended with lunch prepared by them, which featured fresh, homemade foods that were grown/made on the farm: delicious jams and sauces, ravioli, meats and cheeses, and even dessert. Lunch on their patio overlooking the entire green valley was such a treat. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a retreat into nature and simpler times in life!

We were greeted very well by francesco and sabrina, beautiful experience thanks to which they make you prepare fresh pasta and pesto. special mention for the availability with which they welcomed my need for gluten-free food (they provided me everything necessary to prepare pasta and pesto separately from other guests), plus I also found a gluten-free dessert. sin for the time that did not allow us the tour in farmhouse

Very nice place, even for children, lead them to see farm animals. also at lunch was all great, local products and average prices.

We organized my daughter's communion at the restaurant. the place is located in the first hinterland of the city, easily reachable and with an excellent paved road. on the spot there is a discreet amount of parking. the restaurant is characterized by being at km 0 or almost. all that is not of their vegetable garden or breeding is purchased in the immediate vicinity. the farm also has a large area where lies the ciuchino jack and two sheep. very nice location, in the middle of the green, with open view on the mountain in front and eating outdoors we enjoyed everything. The girls had fun with animals, caressing them and feeding them. the food was great, friendly staff and helpful. in short absolutely recommended.
