Bidrage med feedbackI found Roberts ' Ranch Catering Events on Yelp. My younger sister and I were planning a bachelorette party in Palm Springs for our older sister. They popped up because they are in La Quinta. During the year it took to plan this party, Chef Mark and Amy were SUPER responsive and transparent. They provided us menus and quotes for what we wanted. We wanted a late breakfast/brunch for the bachelorette party. We chose the biscuits with jam, crack bacon, scrambled eggs, and country potatoes. At first we thought our selections were too simple, but WE WERE WRONG. The crack bacon was the star of the show. It was the best bacon any of us ever had. We still talk about the bacon, and the breakfast as a whole. I would recommend Roberts ' Ranch Catering to anyone that wants catering. They did everything from set up, cooking, plating, serving and clean up.Thank you, Chef Mark and Amy, for everything! We are still talking about your cooking :

I cannot say enough amazing things about Chef Mark and his food! He catered a dinner and brunch for us and it was all exceptional! Very professional from start to finish. My guests cannot stop talking about the food and I am seriously addicted to his Crack Bacon! Give yourself, your guests and your taste buds the best gift ever and hire Chef Mark and his team!
Had Chef Mark make lunch for my friends and I in Palm Springs. Chef Mark showed up on time, with his assistant. They came in and got right down to business and in no time, there was a huge spread laid out. The salad was AH-MAZING! I don't know what the dressing was, but it needs to be bottled. The salad was the right combination of vegetables, cheese and dressing to be perfect. The deviled eggs! The Roasted vegetables! Jalapeno cornbread with honey butter (to die for! . Whatever he used on the potato salad was heavenly! Cowboy burgers and ribs!! The ribs fell off the bone and I ate mine with a spoon! We were stuffed for 2 days, but don't think the lemon blueberry cheesecake went to waste! They cleaned and offered to clear, but no one was letting go of their plates! The young woman with chef was very friendly, wonderful and cheerful. She was the perfect hype-man to have in the kitchen with Chef Mark. We planned to have brunch the next morning, but we had leftovers with mimosas instead. Thanks for a great experience!
I did a get-away for a week in Palm Springs and decided to invite friends up for the weekend and thought it would be a nice change to have a chef make lunch for us. Chef Mark showed up on time actually early with his assistant/sous chef ? . They came in and got right down to business. We went out to the pool to give them space. In no time, there was a huge spread laid out. Normally, one would think, what's special about a salad? The salad was AH-MAZING! It was sooo good.
