Domino's Pizza - La Puente

Worse place. place online order for mipick up. The order was made 7pm I arrive at 7:30. They told me will ready in another 20minutes. But I waited an hour （8:20）than they said the order still hasn’t been make.

HORRIBLE SERVICE I placed an online order at 10:30PM and called 2 twice to check on my order because it was over 2 hours that we were waiting for delivery.. all they said was that they 're backed up so I requested to cancel my order and to get a refund. Don 't order from here so careless and takes more than 2 hours to get your food I 've never experienced this long of a wait EVER... RIDICULOUS order from somewhere else

So I went here by accident after using the Domino's app. My order was sent here instead the location I selected.Pizza was extremely greasy and the crust tasted off. Like the crust grainy and cheese tasted bad.I was really hungry and gave a couple of slices a try and they were all the same. Watching the tracker the prep time was extremely fast. I almost feel like they just re-heated a sitting pizza.Guess it was karma for cheating on my diet.

Was delivered wrong food and when i spoke with this “manager” named Dino. i was told i was bugging him for calling 3 times and that there was nothing he could do for my order, most likely miserable at his job and doesnt want to do it properly anymore. i highly recommend he is replaced, as a manager myself i find his behavior and attitude to be completely off-putting and unprofessional. but after all it is just dominos right? i guess no one needs to be nice anymore if you hate your job.
