Whataburger - La Porte

This place was really great and it is in the mornings. The afternoons and evenings, It's like they don't care. I placed a order of Honey BBQ chicken sandwich and I expected the sandwich. Instead, they just slap the sticker on it and When I got home, It wasthe Sweet and Spicy Burger. Don't order in the evenings and if you do, check your burger inside or in the bag before taking off.I'm going to the one on Fairmont for now on. Least they get my order right with the right sticker.

I went through the drive thru. The service was good but they were a little slow. We got the new Chili Cheese Whataburger. It was good and recommend you try it

This used to be the best Whataburger and all of Deer Park and La Porte put together until recently. The quality of the food has been so disappointing lately and there is always something wrong with the order. I?m not sure what is going on at this location,but I think it?s time to find a new burger place?.really sad.

Employee with tablet took my order in lane B of the drive through. 3 burger meals and a chicken sandwich meal. Waited over 30 minutes in line just for them to tell me that the tablet the employee took my order in died and my order was never accepted. The store manager (George) came out and said sorry and that was it, nothing to compensate for their screw up and for the wasteof my 30 minutes and gas of my vehicle. Totally uncalled for. There has always been issues with this store on taking forever onthe drive through. They need better management and employee to run this store.

I love the fact that the Deer Park location has 2 drive through lanes but if you use the outer lane it just depends on who's working that day as to how quick they are about bringing your drinks while you wait for the food. Sometimes they bring thedrinks right out which makes me feel like I'm not just forgotten about because I'm in the outer lane. Food is definitely alwayshot and fresh. Dinning room is always very clean when I dine inside.
