Auberge Cap Martin - La Pocatière

Our family gathered at this restaurant for breakfast. The extensive menu offers a wide variety of options, ranging from basic dishes to more intricate selections. The prices are reasonable and the food is decent. Overall, it is a great choice for breakfast in the area between Levis and Riviere-du-Loup. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to try any other meals on the menu.

My experience at Cap Martin on October 4th, 2018 was disappointing. We chose to stay at this motel because of its restaurant, which we had enjoyed the year before. After a long drive, we were looking forward to a convenient dining option. However, when we arrived at the restaurant around 5:30pm, it was closed. We were informed that it would not be opening until the following day for breakfast. We had no choice but to drive into La Pocatiere to find a meal. Not only was the restaurant overpriced, but the lack of nearby food options made it a poor choice for us.

We stopped for lunch and glad we did. It had a nice ambience, service was friendly and bilingual. We ordered the seafood pasta, grilled cheese and fries. All of it was delicious. Don't hesitate to stop here, food is fresh and a great break from fast food restaurants.

We stopped in here for breakfast on our family road trip from Ontario to Nova Scotia. We had no idea what we were in for just pulled in off the highway. And boy were we glad we did! Food was cooked perfectly, menu had great variety and was very economical and the service was stellar! Chantal our server was wonderful and we were completely satisfied when we departed for the next leg of our trip. Definitely recommend stopping here!

My steak was certainly worth the 16 price but after 12 hours on the road, waiting 45 minutes to be waited on seemed unacceptable. The waitress and manager had excuses but no apologies
