Cold Stone Creamery - La Plata

Just got ice cream took a bit cause the girls had online orders and a guy just walked by without asking if I was helped. The girls seemed nice but I got home and tried it seemed like something was missing so I checked online and the guy forgot the fudge brownie in my ice cream. Sucks cause it was my favorite ice cream.

Manager on Duty, Dashawn, has a complete attitude as if she doesn’t want to work there.

I have ordered here numerous times to be delivered and it's always wrong so my family and I decided to go in and give it a try. We ordered four different things, one was supposed to be in a waffle bowl and one in a cone, which I told them three different times. When we went to pay everything was in a regular bowl. I told the person at the register what the issue was and he stated well there's nothing I can do about it now. We will not be returning to the La Plata Cold Stone.

The server Diallo. And manager didn’t care to ask us if we wanted any toppings what is the only give us the ice cream and tell us to go on our way.

Staff and manager were super nice. They made me a milkshake out of my favnice cream concoction. Very quick service and as always, the ice cream was amazing
