The Drunken Sailor - La Paz

Unobtrusive when you drive by. But take a seat on the upper deck at sunset looking over the Marina and get ready to be transported to another world paradise with the Jamaican twist to the cuisine. Really glad we didn't pass up when we drove by.

This restaurant is the typical small and simple restaurant where locals eat. It is located across from San Jose de los Cabos Marina. The roof is made out palms so it feels cool inside. It has plastic chairs, very few tables but the food is to die for!!! Fresh fish and seafood, great falafel and a sort of typical Mexican side dishes, sodas and beer. I am not sure if they have cocktails... It was very clean and the food was well served. They don't serve wine. They take credit cards.

Fresh seafood with a spin, great service (ask for Martha) the best passionfruit Margaritas I have ever had. Sits right on the marina and has a really fun vibe to the place.. a must go to when in San Jose.

The hotel recommended this restaurant. We sat upstairs and had a view of the harbor. I had the shrimp cocktail which was excellent. He had fish and chips which was a large portion. A great place to eat!
