This restaurant is my least popular restaurant throughout El Sargento. They are extremely slow and are only friendly to the locals. We sat at a table in front of a table of 6 locals and waited for one hour for our breakfast (eggs! . The table of six locals had ordered ten minutes after us and received their meal 15 minutes before us. So dissatisfied with their service and their food is so average people would definitely say to go to breakfast elsewhere.

So from my 12 plates Chilaquiles in Baja from 9 different restaurants that had the best. The service was good. It took a bit to get our food, only 2 people were in the kitchen. So it's understandable. The prices were not bad and I like the serving itself coffee part. Don't wait for coffee! All in all, it was good.

The food is delicious. Try the torta (grande), juevos rancheros, or the special request burritos con juevos and machaca y salsa especial for the best breakfast burritos of your life. Adele and the women who work with her are absolutely wonderful cooks, hostesses and overall humans. Bonus: the wifi is high speed. Stay for a while. Disclaimer: the food takes a while. go hungry but not hangry. Secret: her flan is the best in town by far.

The menu is done with photos on the wall, and the place is not fancy, but the food is fresh, authentic and really wonderful! Great prices, and really good value for the costs!
