Mange - La morra

Started our wine region tour yesterday at Castiglione Falletto Barolo. Our 1st day was sensational. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiles great food wine. So today when we visited the beautiful village of La morra we were so disappointed by the waiter in Mange. The motto on the sign was foo, wine happiness but I think it should read food, wine rudeness. In the end the balding waiter was so rude we walked out he said if we did not pay for the tap water we had already ordered he would call the police! Visit it only if you dare. A much better restaurant was le Vigne bio. 100% better.

The service is brisk, friendly and perfectly timed. The tajarin (a Piemontese speciality) is an absolute delight, particularly with the ragu salciccia.

We've eaten here several times while staying in La Morra and I would definitely return again and again. The warm octopus salad, veal and chicken cacciatore were in particular AMAZING. And the panna cotta the best I;ve ever had anywhere, including my 7 trips to Italy!

Non molto grande locale situato proprio all'inizio della zona pedonale di la morra. pochi posti auto nelle vicinanze. tradizionale Cucina piemontese con offerta di antipasti, primo e secondo la carta. non c'è menu di degotazione. prezzi un po' sopra la media e aspettato troppo a lungo. personale gentile e cortese ma distaccato dal cliente. esperienza complessiva buona.

Restaurante o cafetería simple pero bastante agradable y con buenas opciones de todo; desayuno, comida, aperitivos o pastelería. está bien detenido en viaje por carretera, ya que también cuenta con guías turísticos de la región disponibles.
