To escape, to flee if you live in the Paris region and you plan to go to the sea, there is no need to take a campsite in Fontainebleau. This campsite is a so-called eco-friendly campsite. I will explain to you: each problem observed was explained to us as one of the new ecological features, no welcome kit for ecological reasons (and not economical) no sponges for washing dishes (again for ecological and not economical reasons) . No exterior lighting like street lamps in the aisles again for ecology, in short.. If a campsite claims to be ecological, it should perhaps also remove its huge open-air heated swimming pool and also remove the souvenir stuffed toys from China which must have a bigger carbon footprint than you and me. I think if you come back next year the toilets will be dry and will have to be lit with a lighter. The facilitators do a good job.
