Claim Jumper - La Mesa

Claim jumper in La Mesa never disappoints! I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was so good!! My server, Dutch was great- my diet coke never got to fully empty before it was refilled, and he had the answer to every question I had about the menu. Themanager, Natalie came around to check on everyone. All in all, good customer service and great food!

This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. The waiter got our drinks when we were seated. The food took 45 minutes and he never asked once if we needed anything or a refill. My steak had 2 pieces of hair on the side of it. The sides werelukewarm. The waiter never checked on us. We got the check, paid, and left. I have frequented this location for decades andeveryone who ate there tonight agreed that we would not return.

I have to give Claim Jumpers a big thank you for how they treat the Vets on Veterans Day. A great meal, great service and eager for the day. I ended up also getting desert, which was way more than I could eat, but my kids enjoyed the butter cake when I got home. The Meatloaf dinner was so delicious as well. Thank you again and I will continue to bring my family here outside of Veterans Day.

Amazing experience with all that is going on. Very professional and courteous staff. Social distancing and great service. I had the 12 oz Prime Ribeye and it was amazing. The servers made sure that we did not have an empty glass during our visit. Thank you very much I greatly appreciate how we were treated. We'll definitely be making more trips to this location.

This place is fantastic!! The food was incredible and the service was perfect. We sat in the lounge and Katie was our server. She was so sweet and informative. We asked for recommendations and the items she picked for us were so good! A+ for Katie Bourbon Steak!
