International House of Pancakes (IHOP #1956 - Franchise)

Terrible, the service was bad and it took a long time to get the food out. eating was not even so good, the roasted steak was very hard, not worth it. in the kids meal there were jalapeños we didn't warn that there were jalapeños. the omelette we ordered was blande, eating had no taste, and the sandwich I ordered was the brot very hard. I and my four children will never be back.

I waited 25 minutes before sitting. the waitress asked if someone had helped me two times before I finally sat. there were ditty tables everywhere. the staff seems to me good to say I could wait in the kitchen to be picked up. it wasn't good. When I came home, I was unused and ran into the bathroom, gastric fights. I'm done with this ihop in lamarque forever. Someone has to see what's going on.

The waitress has forgotten to submit our order and instead of telling us that she has forgotten to submit our order, she simply said it is coming. asked the manager to let us know that she has forgotten to submit our order. but the manager and another waitress helped to make sure that we get everything we ordered, plus a few other pages that are getting in trouble anyway. also a part of our order has been compiled. many thanks to the manager and a waitress who has helped to repair everything!

We were there at 8 o'clock and it wasn't very busy. picked up and around 9 very busy. the coffee tastes like he was last week. that was good. I noticed that the people in the lobby wait for 20 minutes before they sit. they forgot our drink order and had to ask several times. very large waiting staff slightly 6 8 waiters who felt kindly.

Waitress: Rosemary..Went there with my wife today. Placed our order. Didn't get what I asked for, my wife never got the water she asked for with her chocolate shake. Food came out wrong, after being basically thrown on the table. After addressing my complaint I was called rude by the waitress. Wife and I decided to just leave before eating the food we had thrown at us. It was then that we were threatened with having them call the police. In a nut shell, just don't eat here. There's a waffle house across the street. Never in my life have I had an experience like this. Smh
