Whomever is working this morning does not know how to do there job. Me an the wife stood there waiting even said hello an no one came around to help we ended leaving there disappointed after a very long walk just to grab a sandwich to walk out of there with nothing
To the 1 employee that showed up today, I commend you. You did very well working by yourself. You deserve a raise.Only give cash tips here. Card tips don't go to the employee running the register.

On 3/1/24, I ordered from the HWY 50 La Junta, CO location through the Subway app. For myself and two children, the total was $36.14. I paid with Apple Pay and the transaction went through. Once that transaction went through, the app then popped up an error and said my order couldn 't be completed. I then looked at my CHASE bank app, and the transaction of $36.14 was listed in my transaction history. Around the time that my order was supposed to be done, I popped into the location and they informed me that my order never came through. I let them know I was charged and two workers and the manager Ana just kind of stared at me. Ana refused to leave the location where she was standing, which was the area that leads to the back of the store, so my conversation with them took place across the room and the entire store heard it. They informed me that their internet wasn 't working (even though online orders were popping out from the receipt machine and they referenced that some were coming through and others weren 't), They informed me that I probably picked the wrong store , which I showed them the transaction that said La Junta on it, and they refused to make my order unless I paid again, which I refused to pay $70 for 3 sandwich meals. I finally approached Ana at the register and asked her about my refund. She indicated that it would just happen . I asked what actual human would ensure that I got a refund, and she said she 'd take down my info to give to her boss, the regional manager. When I asked the name of the regional manager, the store manager Ana had to ask the other workers what the regional manager 's name was. She doesn 't know her bosses name?!? I spent roughly $76 on lunch for one adult and two children because I had to replace the lunch I didn 't receive. I will never come to this location again, and a one star rating is an absolute stretch for this location.
