Starbucks - Feedback

Times, the food was cold and tasteless. The service was slow and the staff was rude. I do not recommend this restaurant.

There is a single woman working here who is unfriendly and lacks any sort of customer service mindset. This place is terrible.

The coffee was prepared incorrectly and the espresso was severely over-roasted. I would not return to this restaurant.

Mona was extremely lovely, patient, and excellent in her service. We had a group of nearly 20 and everything was handled in a timely and graceful manner.
