Bidrage med feedbackThe green door cafe is a nice restaurant next to trilogy sanctuary. the service was pretty slow and the smoothies were not my favorite, but I loved the pancakes! the rest of the food was decent, but pancakes and the breakfast burrito made the tip of my list. updated by previous review on 2022-09-04
I love this place! it is clear that the cook knows how to make whole plant food in amazing dishes. the taste combinations, textures and the whole presentation are so good. the menu offers a lot of creative minds and not only standard “veganized” options. super nice caffe vibes and friendly staff. made with love and served with love. updated by the previous review on 2022-07-10
Green door the cafe is such a vibe! it is a street in the wall café with tons green and cute vibes to fit. we tried the French toast and a flat brot. the French toast (while small) was absolutely tasteful! I highly recommend trying! on the other side the flatbread was not for me. next time I will definitely try something else there are so many vegan options to choose!
This charming café, just a few mins walk back from the hustle of La Jolla was a terrific find. We sat on the cute patio with our two dogs and a doggy water bowl was brought out for the pups. The breakfast burrito was a little spicy (in a good way) and we followed that with the delicious cinnabon pancake. We finished it off with the date and peanut butter shake. They also do an afternoon tea which I'm eager to try on our next trip!
Would say overall we had a decent experience here for dinner happy hour. Ordered the Dal curry and the burger. Surprisingly the burger was spicy and the dal was fairly bland. Don’t get me wrong we enjoyed our meal it just wasn’t wonderful. Also a misunderstanding if we ordered an appetizer off the happy hour menu 7) or the regular menu 9) which I didn’t understand but our server made it right so no worries. Prob won’t go back as there are so many vegan options nearby.
