All around one of the most inclusive and welcoming resorts my wife and I have been to. The staff at El Barrio were by far what made the experience that much more magical and memorable. Elizabeth, Laura, and Noel truly welcomed us into what felt like home. My wife and I could not fathom what breakfast would be like without them! To the conversations we relished in, to the accommodations they made for us during the peak of their hottest season, we cannot thank them enough. They made us feel welcome and special through our time there. My wife and I have discussed about returning as much as we can. Could not thank the staff enough for the hospitality and awestruck experience we had. This place is phenomenal.

We recently stayed at Zadun for our anniversary, and it was the perfect romantic getaway. The resort is absolutely stunning, with lush tropical gardens, a sparkling pool, and private access to a beautiful white-sand beach. Our oceanfront villa was spacious and luxurious, with a private balcony and pool overlooking the ocean. The bathroom was like a spa, with a rain shower and soaking tub. The staff at Resort was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay special. From the moment we checked in, we felt like we were the only guests at the resort. Our concierge was especially helpful, arranging everything from dinner reservations to special dinner at the beach. We had the pleasure of dining at all of the resort's restaurants, and the food was excellent at each one. The chef is clearly very talented, and the menu features a variety of fresh, local seafood dishes. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool bar, sipping on cocktails and watching the sunset. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Resort. It is the perfect place to relax to spend with your family . The resort is romantic, luxurious, and the staff is incredibly attentive. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, I highly recommend Zadun.

We chose Zadun to start our anniversary journey, and although we saw many reviews that put other hotels above, we ventured. From the moment we arrived, the attention was attentive and first class. Our tosoani (butler) in charge was Rodrigo, who was always attentive and willing to attend to any request we could make. The hotel is beautiful, feels intimate and above all quiet. It allows you to have the privacy you are looking for by having rooms with plunge pool and separated from each other, so you feel ready to rest. The rooms were always ready, especially when we went out to dinner and our room was ready to sleep in a very comfortable bed. The bathroom, with bathtub, indoor and outdoor toilet is very comfortable. Overall, our only problem was that the air in our room had a problem, and what was the solution? We were given a complimentary upgrade to a much superior Suite, just to make sure we could sleep soundly. The one thing I am sure of is that once you go to Zadun you want to come back to Zadun. We are sure we will be back... we ate breakfasts and in room service, which gives you varied options, authentic flavors without being invasive and also very rich (sometimes not ideal in hotels). If you want to relax and have an intimate experience stay at Zadun, you will not regret it.

Every detail of this resort is unique and well thought out. amazing experience. The restaurants have for best Mexican American fusion we’ve had. Great edgeless pool. The rooms feel like villas. Each has its own body temp plung pool. Even the check in process was so unique and different. Highly recommend it.
