L'auberge Auvraysienne

Very authentic and cozy place, nice owner, everything cooked with local ingredients. It's exactly the kind of place that you dream of when going through the Normandy villages. We were there off-season so the owner told us to call and he'll prepare and open for us, but either way, it's recommended to call first.

Really good food at a reasonable price. Run but an affable husband and wife team.

We stopped here on our journey! It was fantastic, the place is remote and by no means overcrowded. On the contrary, here you can relax and enjoy the French culture and culinary specialties. The food was great! The owner is a kind-hearted person and you can tell how important it is to him that the guests enjoy it! The meat is roasted on the fireplace in the house, the potatoes/fries are homemade and there was also a coffee on the house! Just feel like time stands still! Thanks for the great food!

Owner who tries to do tt to get out of it : go to search road, find parking large, sometimes menu o wood fire, hamburger. We took a coffee to me very well

New owners. Check opening times as open most nights. Sylvan has a small but very tasty menu, and I highly recommend a visit.
