My mom booked in this restaurant for her birthday, a table of 12. She even moved with my sister to choose in advance the menu and confirm the reservation, and they had exchanged with the boss more than half an hour. On the day I arrive, we go to the restaurant with family. and the boss, who probably lost his friendliness and his franchise, proudly told us: “I don’t have a reservation to your name.” So we present him the proof of the reservation and he tells us: “I expected your confirmation”. The joke! He proposed to put us on 2 tables of 6 but not at all next to us. to repair "our" error. No agreement was reached on not eating together with family while it was for my mom’s birthday, so he is planning to move customers already installed to try to prepare a table. Then he comes back to his decision and says, “It still bothers me to move the customers.” My mom told him to drop and we left. we were happy to come, but we will never return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
