I was amazed, the place is great eating is amazing and they can go on all etagens and have different experiences. good drinks and good eating

Abysmal customer service. completely occupied. looked around pm on the floor in a dark corner. forget about until we have ordered drinks. average and double the price of usually any other restaurant. they needed another one to get to our table. we need to slag our waitress down to order food. smh unfortunately I will never return to this restaurant and recommend this place to my friends or colleagues. infuriating and respectful.

This place is an institution more than a restaurant. I would recommend visiting, especially if you are new in Bogota. The food and drinks are good, and the place is an experience!

On a recent trip to Bogota I had dinner at Andres. Its a charming place with its decor and live music. I ordered a steak (churrasco) which had a lot of fat and was very chewy and for the price unacceptable. Me date ordered the...filet migon which were under cooked and chewy as well. But wait the waiter never asked how we wanted our steaks cooked which is unacceptable considering this is suppose to be a quality steakhouse. Appetizers were very good but we didn't come or pay for good appetizers. I have been to some of the best steakhouses in the US and if this place were in the US it would not last long. So if you are looking for a fun place to drink and some good appitizers this is your place but if you are looking for a good cut of meat you may want to go elsewhere. And lastly the check comes and I wanted to make sure tip was included for the service and the waiter said yes and then proceeded to ask for more tip. Hmmmm wait so he doesn't ask me how I wanted my steak cooked but he wanted a tip for himself. Gave him a few extra US dollars and left but will not return again.

Es un restaurante que ofrece un concepto muy alternativo y temático en cuanto a decoración. La recepción es agil. La carta es amplia, te puedes perder horas si no tienes idea. Los meseros son un poco dispersos, al menos la que me tocó si lo fue, afortunadamente los otros meseros siempre están dispuestos a auxiliarte. Y eso que no estaba lleno el restaurante. La comida es buena a secas, no es algo del otro mundo y si se presenta alguna inconformidad con ella lo resuelven de inmediato. No me tocó ni musica en vivo ni show alguno. Una experiencia que se debe vivir.
