Kfc - La Crosse

Use to go to this place often, but lately they are pricing themselves out of the market. Last night I went here and went though the drive-thru. Guy at the little box hardly said Hi I ordered and he just said the total. Ordered 2 famous bowls, not themeals, and a fry, all for $17 dollars. Went to the pick up window and he just stuck his hand out for payment, I gave him mycard and he gave it back, no receipt offered, shortly he gave me my bag. Before I left I checked and sure enough, they forgotthe fries, so I had to holler for him to come back to the window, told him I didn 't get my fries and the guy just looked at melike I grew a second head. He yelled at the guy making the food and I had my fries shortly. Keep in mind I was the onlycustomer there so it shouldn 't be this hard to get an order right when its your only one. Once home, I went to eat and wassadly disappointed in the half full Bowl with 4 small chicken pieces on it. For $17 dollars Id rather spend the extra moneyto get real food from a real food place.

Very disappointed in the food received. I got my son tenders Mac cheese. It was so dried out tough he couldn?t eat it.

Love KFC. Only wish there was one closer to my home in Holmen, Wisconsin. But their new KFC chicken sandwich is very good ????.

Not sure why I keep giving this specific KFC location chances but each time I give them a try, usually gapping many months, they never have enough chicken for the order or don't have much of the menu items. The prices are always a discussion point as eachtime it changes both up and down. The staff is usually grumpy and doesn't comes off friendly at all.

Friendly staff and my order is always done on my wish. Perhaps those other people who complain, should talk clearly through the drive and not ask for stupid things, and their order would simply be in order as mine is always and was for the last 5 years I came here.
