La Crosse Bierhaus

I liked my food (Bierhaus Brat and German Potato Salad) but the beer lines seemed to be incorrect and the waitress didn't seem to care. It was OK but I wouldn't rush back.

Had beer flights. Bartender seemed more interested in chatting with young guys than serving us or explaining beers. Once got her attention (place not busy), she poured beers and set them down, took money and left.

Got kicked out and wasnt even drunk. Some blond bouncer kicked me out cause I refused water, definitely disappointed. There was no need for that level of disrespect.

Worst service in downtown La Crosse. I had an empty glass in front of me, waiting for a refill, for over 10 minutes. The manager working at the register never turned around to recognize me. The bartender help like 4 other patrons around the bar, and was more worried about doing her dishes instead of serving me. I will never go into this poorly run establishment again.

Bier is authentic. Prices are great. Staff is friendly... But the Atmosphere is American country and pop. The Atmosphere is just off the second you walk in. Wish I came earlier to try the food.
