L'Amuse Bouche - La Bourboule

Went to the restaurant last night and had an excellent meal. Although out of season the standard of service and quality of the food was second to none. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The beef and trout in particular were amazing. This restaurant is worth not only a detour but a journey you won't be disappointed.

This restaurant came highly recommended but overall we were disappointed. From the outside it looked very inviting but inside it was dark lacking atmosphere. Maybe this was because it was a Monday night quite quiet. However even the waitress seemed half-hearted about the few clients that were there. As for the food, again ok but not memorable!

A meal without fault. Plates as beautiful as good. you feel the urge to make good food and it is successful from the entrance to the dessert.The reception is courteous and friendly. We'll be back.

In view of the good advice that there was on trip advisor, we were tempted and we are really not disappointed. A great restaurant. everything was very good at home, good ingredients of very good quality. special mention to the lady who served us who was pregnant. Reservation is mandatory because small room but it's really worth it.
