La Marmite Et Le Pain

This restaurant is part of a small complex with a local production center, bakery and caffe. it is light, bright airy and offers great value for money. the 11,50 € offers a three-course dish with wine, consisting of buffet start, choice of the main course and buffet dessert....The eating is very good and well presented. the brot, as they expect, with the bakery is really fresh. we were there for lunch and around 12.30 it was full of a volk waiting for tables. if they don't want a set meal there is the possibility of sandwiches etc. in bakery.

We came by chance over this restaurant while we were from vendee to st. malo. it was a cold, gray day, and we drove since last hour, although burning rain. we had agreed that our planned picnic was now a really bad idea and started looking for somewhere warm and dry to have lunch. le pain et la marmite is located directly on the kreisverkehr at the edge of the city of fromentine. it looked cheerful and popular so we made a quick additional circle of circular traffic and in the parking lot. in the interior of the place was bright, clean and relatiw warm. the cold buffet looked tempting, but the weather required comfort food. moules frites promised to fit the bill well. we have set up our order and set ourselves on some comfortable stools to wait. we were not disappointed that the large pot of the lumps of juicy mushes was accompanied to the beautiful wine and the muffy aromatized juices and a plate of chips that were so fresh from the frit they were too hot to touch. the muddles were as delicious as they looked and melt. the comfort factor was supplemented by a cup of hot chocolate, any good and chocolate without too much milk or sugar. [as an additional bonus the toilet was very clean and very modern. we drove our travel feeling rested, refreshed and much happier. the sun even managed to shine to the north!

Le chef burger porte bien son nom... Il était à la hauteur de mes espérances de chef ^^Néanmoins, la barquette dans laquelle mon chef burger était servi s’est envolée pendant que je mangeais (vent). Seul bémol, il n’y a pas de sauce mexicaine ni de serviettes à disposition.

Une adresse loin des sentiers battus et qui ne paye pas de mine mais qui recèle un bon plan. En effet les plats sont bons et pas chère. Si vous voulez manger pour pas trop chère je vous recommande vraiment cette adresse.En revanche si vous recherchez un lieu avec une déco riche ou une vue, passez votre chemin

Nous sommes allés dans cet établissement pour déjeuner accueil inacceptable on s est installer et on as attendu 30 mn pour essayer de commande mais en vain nous sommes partis deux car des personnes arrivés après nous on été servis alors que l on attendais encore je n en ferais pas la pub car ce n est pas mon genre mais je n y retournerais pas mauvaise expérience
