Cici's Pizza - Kyle

I was greeted with a smile, and this young man name Eric was just so polite and greeted every client and very kind. He made me smile with his nice personality. The guy loves his job. I also noticed a young employee working with a smile. I took a table in front and you can see how customers liked Eric Greeting. This place is clean and buffet area was nice and everything looks delicious. Food was delicious.. Manager must be very nice to his employees. Eric also welcomed you as an exit. Great job. All staff were friendly.

I wasn't crazy about him? I asked for Hawaii pizza. They made it fresh. No pineapple and the Canadian bacon looked like cheap ham. The next time I'll try another pizza place.

I ordered this two times for the delivery by the app and they did a terrible job. My order took 2 hours to deliver. I called them and they said they didn't deliver then why is it an option on the app for this location? And then I ordered it again at 4:30 a.m. and called it at 5:30 a.m. where my pizza was and they said it would come to my house at 6:00 p.m. Then I called again at 6:10 without pizza and they canceled my order. Terrible service.

My daughter had a ticket for a free buffet so we tried it. I didn't expect much, but I was glad we left. The food was delicious and hot. The staff was busy keeping everything clean and the buffet full. I'm glad we stopped today. Go on!

When my own kids were younger, I liked CiCi's, but my wife hated it. As it turns out, she was right all along. All you can eat pizza buffet, with a wide selection of cheaply made pizzas, including dessert pizzas. Small salad bar based on an iceberg lettuce mix and a handful of simple toppings and condiments. They have a small game room arcade that younger kids might enjoy. We used a booster seat and a high chair, but they were sticky and dirty.
