Fishaways - Kwazulu-natal

Had to wait very long for our order. Food was good but not the first time waiting period was more than 30 minutes.

Tonight serves was APPALLING! they could not grill the food they had to fried it, that is not allowed because the customer must get what HE/SHE wants. The grill should be working furthermore we placed our order 18:00 and waited two hours for cold deep fried food the food was unappetizing, so my message to management is you need to get your stuff in order at fishaways and keep by the time you say it is going to take. It is with deep pain but great relief that I say I will not eat a fisha … – show

Terrible service, fish is often old/off/vrot and they leave items out and when you tell them they just shrug their shoulders at you.

Today I ordered at fish aways for delivery and my order was not as it's supposed to be.I called the store again and they resent the things that were missing..The delivery guy didn't give me my slip and I just realized he chargedme R20 extra and I have no idea what it's for because my total was R237.60 including the R15 fee for delivery..Worse the driver swore at me when he came back for the second time.I had no airtime to call the shop but first thing in the morning I'm going there
