Nene Chicken - Kurunjang

I got a corn dog, and it tasted alright for the most part. However I noted it tasted quite doughy in a way that I have not experienced with others. To my horror a part that I bit into still had raw dough. In the picture below, that is not cheese. There is a little remaining cheese above the sausage but there is none around it. I told the staff and was brushed off by them saying “that’s how it is” and when I told them that their oil was too hot “oh I’m so sorry” they did not even offer a refund or a redo for this and simply repeated the empty apology. Overall mediocre food and mediocre service.

I usually have original chicken burger in different nene chicken store but today I order original chicken burger in northland sc burger bun and chicken was cold. Chicken size was too small compared to burger bun. I also complain about it .. but they didn’t care..

We ordered 18 pieces of drums and wings. When we got home there was missing pieces so we came back and requested for the whole order to be remade as it was already getting cold and by the time we get our missing prices and went home again it’ll get even colder. They lied and pretended like they made the order again for us. We saw them added some new pieces and mixed it with the old ones. One of their employees said that the boss probably won’t remake it again, even though we went out of our way to come back and requested it to be remade. Their employee also said did u eat any them when we said there was missing pieces! We were happy to let them check their cameras and see what actually happened! But instead they just lied!

If you are familiar with NeNe Chicken, don't order here. It's -50% quality compared to other branches. No service, food that's not edible, and sad people... I usually order chicken and today I tried a Kimchi burger. The burger was cold with cold bun, and cold chicken. Sadly, It was not up to the standards.

Good variety of flavours, but need to have more options for size for the chicken. The Korean salad was disappointing as it was a regular salad.
