Transylvanian Kurtosh Kuranda

Been craving these ever since I had them in April 2021! A delicious and fresh treat after wandering through the markets. I live quite far away from Kuranda, but this will definitely be my first stop once I am able to head back there.

Having come from Sydney and tried other kürtőskalács, this one was definitely most delicious. The almond and sugar coating was amazing and the cake itself was thicker and more substantial. The owners were also very friendly and keen to explain their items. Would highly recommend although it may have ruined my enjoyment of the other kürtőskalács closer to home

So delish! We loved our kurtosh and our visit to the markets. The elderflower tea was lovely too. Highly recommended.

Really good and tasty. Crispy and sweet with the nuts and cinnamon.Would be really yummy with ice cream or a sauce.Good to share.

Tried the chimney pastries they were delicious very tasty would recommend to try them.
