Kuranda Munchies

Awesome place. Friendly service and great food. A little tricky to find since his terrace is towards the rainforest but absolutely worth looking for.

We stumbled upon Munchies down a side arcade off the main street.I had cream of pumpkin soup and my wife had seafood risotto. We were both very happy with the quality and the reasonable price.The chef worked efficiently and appeared to be professionally trained.Large portions, and altered flexibly to our request.Open late until 8.30 pm, which is unusual in Kuranda.

This restaurant may be a bit hidden and is still relatively new, but we have visited several times already. The food is consistently delicious, with generous portions that leave us feeling satisfied. The service is fast and friendly, and the chef goes out of his way to meet our preferences and requests. The standard menu offers a variety of meals, but the weekly specials have been exceptional. Overall, it's difficult to find a better dining experience in Kuranda - we keep coming back because the food is tasty and reasonably priced!

I had an amazing Club Sandwich at this restaurant! It's a fantastic spot tucked away from the crowds and noisy children, right beside the Aboriginal art gallery in a boat. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This restaurant is located in a beautiful spot, hidden away from the street down a small arcade with outdoor tables offering a view of the rainforest. My wife and I went for brunch and had the mega breakfast, which was not only affordable but also of high quality, like a 5-star meal. The staff were friendly and we will definitely return when we are in Kuranda again!
