To enter, you must pass through a flower/plant shop and ascend the stairs to reach the cozy restaurant. The owners are friendly and courteous, although they do not speak English. They mentioned that the Chinese name on the menu belongs to a Suzhou restaurant. After showing a note saying "we don't eat meat," we were served 5 vegan dishes that were delicious but a bit greasy. Despite being a party of 3, we paid a total of 165 RMB for the meal.
The title says it all. The front of the restaurant has changed a bit and it is now located on the main road, not on the small side street as indicated on the map. To enter, you walk through a flower/plant shop and climb the stairs to reach the very small restaurant. The owners are kind and polite, but do not speak any English. They informed us that the Chinese name listed on this page is actually for a Suzhou shop. We communicated our dietary preferences by showing a piece of paper that read "we don't eat meat," and the lady served us five vegan dishes that were comparable to those found in many Chinese restaurants: tasty but quite oily (we were a group of three). The total bill came to 165RMB.
The restaurant has a nice decor but does not have an English menu. It can be challenging to find a taxi in Kunshan, so it is recommended to arrange your own transportation.
The restaurant has a nice interior with good furnishings. Unfortunately, they do not have an English menu. As it can be quite challenging to find a taxi in Kunshan, it is recommended to arrange your own transportation to and from the restaurant.
