Ostsee Brauhaus AG Hotel

Lovely beer. Good taste and flavour. Ate Eisbein and it was beautiful crispy and very tasty. Service better than normal in Germany. Crowdy place but interesting and friendly.

Although I have full board at my hotel, after several weeks, one likes to explore. So, we went to this nice little beer house. The food was typical German...and I liked it. So far, I've only tried the dunkle Bier (dark), but loved it.

We were in Kuhlungsborn as part of a local excursion and this was our pitstop for lunch. I would recommend it; modern décor inside; attentive wait staff. Always try the german draft beer :)

The food was dull, and the Fassbrause is not recommended. Not too expensive, though, and the service was quick even though the place was pretty full.

First Note: This place gets packed in summer, especially between 7 and 8:30 pm, so make sure you arrive early. In fact, my family and I tried to go one night at 8pm and the place was at full capacity with waiting list of an hour. So we went again the next day at 6:30 pm and had abosultely no problem finding seats. We ordered a Grill-Schweinhaxe and pork schnitzel. Both were extraordinary! The beer was awesome and the service was fast and super friendly. We loved the place. We will visit it the next time we go to Ostsee for sure.
