The restaurant is on the smaller side, but during the sushi special, I found that the most expensive sushi options were frequently served.
I would like to bring to your attention some issues I experienced during my recent visit to your restaurant. The service was slow, the sushi on the conveyor belt was stale, and there was a mix-up with my order. I had ordered the yakiniku chicken nanban bento, but instead received the tempura chicken nanban bento (please refer to the attached photo). When we informed the supervisor of the mistake, they insisted that we had received the correct order. I believe it is important for management to take all feedback seriously and make necessary improvements. We paid for our meal and services, only to be disappointed by the poor service and food quality. The restaurant was not even busy during our visit, so there was no excuse for the subpar experience. Overall, the restaurant was disappointing with a limited sushi selection on the conveyor belt and the California Salmon Temaki roll falling short. The atmosphere was lacking as well, with only a few occupied tables. The glassware used for cold drinks was cheap and flimsy, offering very little drink and a lot of ice. Despite this, the drinks were tasty. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed in the future.
Gonna be my first last to your outlet. I go there on and why is it customer service is so poor? Even the workers is kind of rude especially the cashier. Such a bad experience, i love sushi king, but vivacity outlet is the worst. Please improve next time thanks!
