Urbean Cafe (avenue K) - Kuala Lumpur

Cosy atmosphere, friendly waiting staff and food was good. Portions were appropriate for price and food was delicious. In the top-lunch hour, was sitting immediately and orders quickly taken. I always appreciate employees who take note of and deliver special requests. So the waiting staff, kudos!

For two reasons, I always choose Nando's Avenue K over Nando's KLCC: First, fewer people. For some reason, there is always a queue at Suria KLCC. Second, its more spacious, with a higher ceiling. Definitely makes for comfortable food. Other than that, its typical Nando output with unique decoration, and consistent taste. Look at their new plates with a paint sprayer.

Value for money. Many chicken-based foods. Fast service and drinks refill. But a little dirty. The staff does not follow cleanliness rules of the food place. Last time I saw a lady change her baby diaper on the table!!! And the staff was cool. Anyway, food is beautiful here.

Went with friends for lunch. They do not have lunch set though. Service was okay as they were quite attentive but do not like the idea of scanning qr, order but we choose to pay at cashier we had to walk to counter to pay rather than for them to be at service. Taste : so-so (3/5) Hygiene : acceptable (4/5) Service : 4/5 Price :2/5 very pricey, most set doesn’t come with drink Location : 4/5

Poor quality of frozen yoghurt. Complain also didn't take action, keep waiting the machine to froze the yoghurt for almost 30 minutes. Still watery like in the picture. And they not even resolve and bother my complain. Very disappointed Update: I have adjusted my rating for their responsibility to keep improving and hear customer complain. Thank you
