Bidrage med feedbackWhere to start mmmmmm The share platter Aussie Starter's was nice, a good size serve of crumbed mushrooms, cheesy beef bacon chips and fried chicken. My friends meal of Beef Ribs and Alice Springs Chicken was ok. My Ribeye (its not what is referred to as a Ribeye in Australia) was less than average, a lot of white connective tissue and cut very thin, like 14 mm at best, which is a good way to destroy a piece of beef. Not impresaed at all. Forgive me for being crutical, but....Im a semi retired KL Exec Chef originally from Australia (worked here in KL for 28 years), so if your going to advertise and charge as you do, perhaps I should be training you in traditional Aussie foods.
My tip for travellers from countries which produce their own steak is wait till you get back home. Eat and drink locally produced products. The steak was nothing to compare with an English, Angus Steak. And the price of a small glass of wine is outrageous, more than £6 for small glass. But this is typical for imported products and is the same in Thailand. If you're from a steak producing country, wait till you get back home and stick with locally produced food and drink.
It is near my temporary office and I enjoyed visiting outback in korea. So I had an attempt to lunch and expected lunch. but no lunches! So I tried the best seller burger and it was really good. the patty tasted pretty nice. I totally loved the burger.
