Ordered yesterday around 7pm and it still wasn't there at 8.45pm. The phone was not answered (I called several times). I eventually went to get my money back. Received money back with a voucher for a free meal (coupon turned out to be no longer valid and could be redeemed until May 11). I had a rough day myself, which made it even more annoying. If I had just called, if the delivery didn't work, I would have fully understood. Now waiting for hours and not receiving anything or answering the phone. I was very happy with Eazie (healthy meal) but I am so disappointed. This is not okay and you have lost me as a customer.

Most sweet employee ever! A friend and I had to catch our train in 10 minutes and the employee, who was all alone, had the food ready within 5 minutes.
