The young lady was taking care of her phones, while others were arguing among themselves. We waited 17 minutes to order a drink. To pay for another 20 minutes, they still couldn 't find our receipt. The lady (named Katka), probably a part-time worker, has absolutely nothing to do in the restaurant. He gets the customer up from his seat, doesn 't smile and moves like a slow motion movie. To the polite question Could I have another beer? he answers HM . The height of indecency.
