Restauracja Copernicus - Krakow

Absolutely brilliant! I had the 5 cursor tasting menu and my partner was booked for the 5 curs vegan menu, but the waiter asked if she was possibly peskatarian or vegetarian. she is vegetarian and the cook then curated a menu only for her! no other restaurant would go so long. the Michelin guide recommends a table in the hotel atrium, but I recommend if you ask a few for the individual table in the alkove with the book shelves, it feels like a private dining room. also the price-performance ratio is ridiculous in Britain in london, they would have paid 3 times the order for poorer service! bravo. if I ever return, I will make the 9 cursor menu safe!

Michelin star is well earned, all the dishes are masterpieces, the service is excellent.

Niesamowite miejsce, magiczna atmosfera, cuda i pył. Szefem kuchni jest Marcin Filipkiewicz, który stworzył klimat kulinarny oparty na wyjątkowych smakach na najwyższym poziomie. Jesteśmy szczerze zachwyceni.

Nice decoration! Service was good! Food was okay, we had 5 courses. It was a bit too meaty for me. But if you are a meat lover you would enjoy it more! The building itself is in a really historical area of Krakow. Overall 7/10
