Nice location but with a big price The hotel is a beautiful, historic building in a very central location. The employees are happy and willing to serve. The downside was the terrible noise pollution (we were literally sleepless).. It has a coffee bar on the ground floor, a bar on the 3rd floor that works until 3 in the morning, it is next to a church and the square clock that rings 24 hours a day. It would be good if the reception informed before booking about the particularity of the location... Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

Very nice hotel in the most central part of the city. Nice and clean rooms. Until 10-11 at night there is some noise since it is right on the town square. Breakfast nice but not rich. It doesn't have a buffet, but you order from 4-5 options they give you. Parking is provided but it is approximately 600m from the hotel. I would choose it again and was satisfied. Indulgently unacceptable I think is a bit much for this particular hotel. More specifically, my stay took place a few days ago and I can say that I was disappointed. I can say that the hotel was like something out of a thriller, a non-existent reception where you looked for the receptionist for more than a quarter of an hour until you found him, an old and dirty elevator that jerked left and right until you reached the floor of your room. Regarding the rooms, they were old, dirty, with outdated decoration and cracks in the walls. The best thing was that because right below the hotel there is a bar, it was heavy until 4 in the morning to the point where the floor of the room was shaking up and down (at 4 o'clock I asked them to change our room because I hadn't slept a wink). Finally, as far as mention the breakfast was laughable. An elderly lady asked you to choose one of the following 3 dishes (1. toast, 2. eggs eyes 3. yogurt). I chose the first one and it just brought me burnt toast and nothing else. I honestly wonder how this particular accommodation is considered 5 stars, as even one star is considered an exaggeration for its facilities. Finally, I had without a doubt the worst possible stay of my life and would advise anyone with self respect to stay away from this property. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

Just in the center of Kozani in the square with the clock.This time gave me a very nice room with views and from the two sides of the Square. The hotel needs renovation. The bathroom and the two rooms that the shower has not been to be left because it has broken the base. Good breakfast with fresh orange juice and melodies that make you at this time. Plus the free parking that offer you 5 minutes away from the hotel
