The restaurant is located in a place where unknown people would not casually visit, and currently operates on a reservation-only basis. The course starts from ¥3500, with the option to upgrade, but on this day, I enjoyed the basic course. Starting with the appetizers, sashimi, and deep-fried dishes, everything was delicious. Especially, the grilled flounder petal was very tasty. It was unfortunate that there was no alcohol served due to the state of emergency. I look forward to enjoying wine on my next visit. The owner manages everything alone, so make sure to visit with plenty of time to spare.
I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant as recommended. I am grateful for being able to enjoy delicate flavors that evoke the season. The food was delicious.
They operate out of a renovated home. The owner carefully makes each dish and serves it with hospitality, beautifully presenting seasonal ingredients in a delicious manner.
