Berries Brews - Kottayam

I only recommend drinks items from here. I don't recommend other things especially their sandwich. Once I ordered a sandwich which tasted very bad .The bread and the chicken used in the sandwich were not good . I feel nauseous while eating it. That was worst sandwich I had in my life. Their shawarma was also not good.

They are not sure what they are serving .. !! If they are not aware what 's there in the menu or if that item is unavailable they need to inform us rather than serving a random one.. I had ordered hot chocolate fudge and guess what I got, chocolate ice cream topped with sprinkles on lotto fudge.. can u believe it.. ?? I asked is this chocolate fudge, do u know what it is..?? I pointed to a poster on their wall and said that 's how it should be.. and the poor north Indian guy who talks decent malayalam said that 's what the owner asked to do.. and later confessed they didn 't have the fudge. I had to explain how a fudge looked and to let the customer know if they didn 't have any items. To the owner we are paying money to get what we order in the menu and let your employees know the importance of telling 'No we don 't have ' !!

All of their special shakes, smoothies are really nice. But their Shawarma didn't got consistently. One day I got an awesome Shawarma which I liked so much. But on another day, the same food was quite different. The meat was not cooked well. Also the place I don't like much as we got a bad experience from there.

It was horrible experience tried falooda and It didn’t even have a pinch of ice cream I ordered a death by chocolate it was just chocolate ice cream and they charge u 150 Too pricey and poor quality
