Ravintola Keisarinsatama - Kotka

Restaurant was not full but still had to wait long time for food, they forgot our sstaryershtarters, ketchup was finished... food was good. This was our second bad experience. Our last visit was in May, we had a birthday family dinner, and experience was catastrophic, they forgot the birthday setting, which they promised beforehad, waiting time was so long for food, they had no winelist, vanilla icecream was finished etc etc. No tablecloths anymore, this restaurant has been very high quality, with previous owners, but now standard has decreased so much, it's a pitty, because restaurant/terrace is situated in so beautiful environment. Used to be our place number one in summertime, but now really have to change place.

Beautiful place, with a seaview. Food was really tasty. Pricerate is reasonable. We had to wait food long time and we all got food except one of us, he got his food when we all already have eat.

Lunch on Saturday without reservation. We was told that waiting time may be over half an hour. It was not. Fishssoup Keisarinkeitto keitto was ok. Dish was big (when you order big) but not any special.

Visited here for dinner on nice sunmer day. Very nive location and views from the outdoor patio are amazing. Positively surprised with quality of the food. Not over the top fancy but by far best restaurant food experience I’ve had in Kotka.

The restaurant is near sea, so in beautiful place. Inside the restaurant is not so beautiful, its like school cafeteria. Tasty food and really helpful and nice customer service.
