I write about the 3rd order: I ordered a pizza for pickup through the application, the operator called and said that the order would be ready in 20 minutes, I confirmed my order, but remembering my past orders, I was in no hurry to go to the pizzeria and decided to wait another +40 minutes. Arriving there, I found out that it turns out that my order has not even begun to cook, that it will be ready in 20 minutes. A total of one and a half hours? Are you serious I have to wait an hour and a half for pizza? You have no connection with the mobile application, you don’t understand where orders come from, you don’t follow this, I don’t understand why you need an operator at all and the mobile application itself.
