Bidrage med feedbackLast week, my elderly parents-in-law had a terrible experience at this restaurant. There was a long line, and my 93-year-old father-in-law, who is very frail, had a difficult time waiting.
The food was terrible, but the service was great. The vegetables seemed to be from a can, and the roast beef and liver was overcooked to a tough texture. The gravy had no flavor, and overall, there was no love put into the dish.
The food at this restaurant is simply delicious. It's not too fancy, but the portions are generous and the desserts are top-notch.
What can I say differently than disappointed and unhappy with a terrible experience. at the earliest time in the week when the food proportions were with good homemade quality, wore how the things have changed and not for the...better . my wife and I ordered both 1 piece of fish chips and our grand got the children's meal hotdog that he would not even eat because it tasted like a dried-out piece meat with cold fries well. the 2 orders of fish pears were probably the worst thing we ever had, no more cuts that were the best, and the fish size was probably smaller than the child portion that one believed was a pre-acidified frozen piece that they could buy in a local food business that was part of the overcooked frozen pommes was no more than the child meal. I asked the waitress, where the koleslawin and the fresh bread were, and she answered that they were from Koleslaw and were no longer serving bread. she answered, we got extra fries. haha, what a sweat for the price we paid, I totally understand that the things have changed, but what an unfortunate choice of the place to eat should have gone to mcdonalds, as my wife would have proposed, would have been better and cheaper!
We were not in this restaurant in a time, and I can honestly say we will never go back. between a very unfriendly female server to eat the worst I have ever seen delivered on a teller, this was really a terrible experience. I have a omelett and a side sausage. Omelette was dried and overcooked, some of the hashbrowns were either undercooked or fried to a crisp and tasted as if there were chemicals in them. that is, wow, I can't even describe correctly, they were cut half long and dreadfully burned and I'm positiw that it wasn't a pig or even flesh in it. I honestly cannot stand by how someone would let that happen to a customer. I now see from many of the above reviews, many have similar experiences. when we let our server know, she was rude and wanted to argue with us, like that? such a shame, as this used to be a wonderful family restaurant with excellent eating and service. new owners must come together, or they will be well closed.
