Plaza Paradise - Kolymvari

The food was excellent and quality!! The service is very kind and helpful with a smile and appetite!! I go again and again!! Always the same pleased!! It's 5 out of 5 stars from me!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Despite the restaurant being empty, I waited 30 minutes to get service, and then an hour for a simple ceasar salad. The salad itself was unedible. Chicken SMELLED like 3 days old. Bacon was not cooked for the plate. Mayonese and balsamico tasted disgusting. During my week in Crete, only this restaurant was a dissapointment. Nothing worked (except the view was nice). Also they didnt have coffee or starters. In total the restaurant visit took 2 hours (also took forever to get the bill) before i could leave. The whole 2 hours I starved. Then I left starving to the closest super market. Consider before visiting this place. In addition, they charged us 3,60€ for a bread which they never served. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

We went on new years day and by accident really as everything else was closed. What a stroke of luck. We found a great local restaurant in an expensive area where most places are closed for the winter and most of spring. The food was perfect and the calamari and octopus were very fresh. The prices were cheaper than most and the food and portions better. Hey the service was disorganised but were in Crete in a local place and really that is what to expect. So to summarise. The food and service are excellent here!!! This is definitely a gem in Kolymbari....you guys must try !!!!
