That was very disappointing when we wanted to support this new business. The crust was NOT like the NY crust we had, that was more like a cardboard delivery pizza. Most disappointing was how little cheese and toppings were on the pizza. We paid for an additional topping 3, and got about .25 value to jump! You will not make it with this bad quality product. The only reason I gave 2 stars was ready when they told us it was. Update: I got a call from the restaurant offer to make it right by offering a new pizza or refund. It's hard to ask for a refund, we'll see what happens. When they go through, I will update this to a 4 star to make it right. 1/22 Get a text from Beth that VP wants to do this right. They agreed to give me a refund and I agreed to give them another attempt in Kauai. They seem to care for their customers. Thank you.

This place is great! We tried volcanic pizza without knowing anything about it after we finished a very tiresome day of boat. The pizza was great and the service was wonderful. We had a great dinner and we're so glad we came across this place. But more than the meal, Beth really went beyond and beyond. I left my handbag in the restaurant and was tired that I didn't recognize until the next morning on the way to my flight. Once the restaurant opened, Beth called me immediately and went beyond and beyond to get my bag back. She was so honest and wonderful. She refused additional money for her help. Supports this business and its wonderful people!

We ate at Volcano Pizza and sat in about 15 minutes at 6:00. The restaurant was a little loud, but clean. The waiter was kind. We shared a Caesar salad and the 18" Margarita pizza. Both were very good. My daughter loved the pizza and said it was one of the best she had. Overall would recommend!

We love to try pizza where we ever make vacations. That was in our Top 2 or 3. At first the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They had a funny live music to add the charm. We had a big pizza with sauce, onion had black olives. It was the perfect size for 2 people. We almost didn't finish 1 piece, but it was so good that we managed to work: if we live here, we would be a regular customer. Thank you for making our vacation a pizza winner.

Cool pizza/pasta spot. Live music, friendly staff. Large venue so not much of a wait for seating
