It is not a canteen, but a culture that has kept its integrity well since 1922. Simple, affordable, quiet yet crowded. It offers authentic Maharashtrian and Punjabi dishes. Thali and al-a-carte system is available. His Veg Pulav with Amti is served by many. They served chapati and bhakri on request. Taste with economy is the best combination found here. Parking is a little problem.

Swami khanawal offers you maharashtrian as well as punjabi thali, food is very tasty and quantity thali is appropriate and fulfill your hunger, over service it is very fast, they use firewood to cook, location is a bit difficult for unkown people to find, you can guide the villages. Strongly recommended......... 5/5 by me
