Milano Pizzeria Gelateria - Kolbermoor

Just wanted to add to all of the bad reviews here. Was there almost a week ago with some guests of mine, the waiters were unnecessarily rude to the majority of costumers. We reserved a table, only to be seated at the very last table at the corner, right by the pedestrians and bike lane, even though many other tables were empty and clearly not reserved. So if you don‘t reserve and just walk in and seat yourself randomly, you‘re more likely to get a better table, since you‘ll be choosing it yourself and won‘t be assigned to the $hittiest one of all. In our case, the waitress wanted to take our order as fast as possible, just to get it done with, even though we requested she comes back later. She couldn’t understand or speak any german. The language barrier was maybe the issue but it was obvious that no one was ready to order. So that means, you can‘t ask about the ingredients in your food, in case you have allergies, since she either won‘t understand or will just be passive aggressive about it. She just showed up, didn’t even say anything, holding her pen and paper, stood there and stared us down with a B face as we were hectically trying to quickly order. I don‘t think that has to do with a language barrier. It‘s just straight up rude and she knew what she was doing. We assumed she was having a bad day and didn‘t think much of it. Ordered some pasta, salads and pizza. Usually they come with bread and some dressings. We assumed it was forgotten and had to ask for it. Multiple times. The waitress was very passive aggressive. I noticed that with the other costumers as well. Food was below average, not good as usual, definitely not worth the price. There are many other Italian places where you can order way more for the same price and a better quality. (Hopefully a non passive aggressive waitress this time) Keep in mind, it wasn‘t a busy day, it wasn‘t the weekend there weren‘t many people. The new staff is just very unprofessional and.. verpeilt. It‘s unfortunate as we always went dining there ordered food for years before moving to this new place. This restaurant only made it because of the regular costumers they „had“ from the old place. Apparently many that went there for the first time after moving won’t be going there again. It‘s a shame. Never, ever again. Sorry.

Fear

The quality of the pizza fluctuates greatly. Often over an hour delivery time despite the same location. So unfortunately only three stars from me.

Ordered today, delivery took almost two hours, stated time was 60 minutes, you can still handle the whole thing but then also: Pizza ice cold!!! Two long hairs on the pizza!! We've really lost our appetite. Unfortunately, the taste of the tortellini wasn't great this time either! A little tip next time to deliver warm food, call if it takes longer or a little note when delivery! And give kitchen staff a hairnet to avoid hair in the food! Service: Delivery
