It always begins with an inspired bartender, mixologist, if you prefer. Checked my preferences. Whisky, I said. Here 's our version of 'Penicillin ', he said. Penicillin? Cocktail? WTF is that? Slid across a tiny glass with a clear, vaguely golden blonde drink. Sweet, sour, smoky (in a very Islay way), CREAMY? What 's going on here, I asked? We clarify this Laphroaig, cream drink right here. Dayum, I said, bring it on. You had me at Laphroaig. After that, it just kept getting better and better.

Thirsty city 127 is an amazing place situated in lower parel! The ambiance of this place is quite catchy! It has got good decor in this place! They do have an amazing comfortable sitting area!. The staff over here is pretty friendly. The service over here is good. Mr. Nilesh Suggested us some of the amazing dishes over here. We went out with the following things <br/ Bar Special Drinks They were pretty awesome! The presentation of the drink was too good. ! The taste of this drink was really nice! I would definitely recommend this to you all! <br/ Petit Four: Had this amazing French dish! It had varieties of different food items which was beautifully presented. The taste was really nice of this dish.! One of the unique dishes I tried!. <br/ <br/ Oven roasted Pork ribs: If you are pork lover this is the perfect one for you! The oven roasted pork ribs are lovely in taste! It was fresh and yummy in taste. The presentation of this one was also awesome! Totally go for this one! <br/ <br/ I definitely recommend this to everyone! Go have fun with friends, family for a good night style experience. The food was really great. One of the best restaurants in lower parel!

Thirsty 127 at Lower Parel is about great cocktails and pizza's.<br/ They specialise in their cocktails and their bar tenders are experts from all over the world.<br/ The place gives ombre vibes and the service is on fleek.<br/ <br/ Grilled Asparagus: grilled asparagus tossed with pecorino cheese in herb red wine and balsamic glaze. Looking for something light, healthy and tasty this the dish you can opt for.<br/ <br/ Lotus Root Kung Pao: Too good. Crsipy lotus stem tossed in hoison homemade sriracha sauce along with roasted peanuts. It was spicy, kind of tangy and good in taste.<br/ <br/ Pizza Margherita: Perfectly made pizza, that's what we would call it. The base, sauce and cheese everything was right on spot. Highly recommended.<br/ <br/ El Chapo: Another highly highly recommended dish here. Pesto base sauce with different types of cheese and guacamole on it. Just delicious.<br/ <br/ Mac n Cheese: Too disappointed with this one. It was too dry and no where near a Mac n Cheese. Can be avoided.<br/ <br/ Ravioli: The ravioli pasta was well made. It had a bit of sweet taste to it cause of the caramelized pumpkin. Topped with pumpkin seed granola and goat cheese mousse. Something different to try.<br/ <br/ Four Petit: Alcohol infused chocolates. Each hhad different liquor and flavor to it, there were 4 pieces. Each was potent in terms of liquor and had good strong flavor.<br/ <br/ Below are the cocktails we tried here. Each cocktail had different base. The cocktails were really well made and potent with no ingredient being overpowered. They are know for their artisan cocktails. It's a must visit place if you are looking to try something different in cocktails or kind of have an experience.<br/ Pyrus<br/ Spice trade<br/ Kakigori<br/ <br/ Thirsty sexy pig: it's the in-house belgian wit beer. Mild one.<br/ <br/ Gin on tap is another concept here where you can grab a gin and choose from add-ons tray if you want any add-ons in it.<br/ <br/ Ended our night with a good affogato<br/ <br/ Overall our dinning experience was great here In terms of drinks, food and service. Staff is friendly and courteous. Service was quick. It's a Microbrewery with greats options of beer to sip on. Slightly a bit on expensive side but good and quality things cost extra bucks.

Thirsty 127 is located at the end of that lane of Todi Mills, where Blue frog, barking deer brewpub etc. Used to be (useful to know cause the Google map directions left me a little confused!! . It's a huge place, kinda emptyiish on a Tuesday evening! <br/ <br/ They have their own line of brewed beers (I later recollected having tried the Thirsty beer at the Little Flea, BKC and even Gin and Tonic on Tap (I didn't try either . What I absolutely loved about Thirsty is their brilliantly curated cocktail menu!! Very new and very refreshing and not the usual laden with sugar cocktails you get everywhere else. <br/ <br/ I first tried the Spice Trade, a quite strong whisky based drink- highly recommended for whiskey lovers!! Next up was the Smokey Affair, a white chocolate topped gin based cocktail and Picarones, a Peruvian sweet potato based dessert converted to a cocktail. At this point, I also got to try the base Peruvian liquor, Pisco, which was used to make the Picarones cocktail. Our server was knowledgeable and the Picarones was in fact one of his own innovations!! Also noteworthy was the Doctors Advice made from Gin Raw Turmeric Orange Ginger!<br/ <br/ Food is not their strongest point, kinda limited with even fewer options for vegetarians! I ordered a portion of the Japanese cakes and the warm grains salad.<br/ <br/ I would definitely be going back to try their beers on tap, and highly recommend this place for its cocktails!
