Went there for a dinner, you will be pleased by welcoming ambience and courteous staff…our meal was perfect chef Tej personally ensured all guests get best attention. Truly enjoyed ! A memorable evening made further exciting with surprise cake. Cheers !! Highly recommended.

I had a lovely time @Sahib Room and Kipling Bar, St Regis. The food, the hospitality, the ambience everything was top notch. It’s one thing to ask how the meal went in a rushed pass by, it’s another when the sous chef himself comes and asks you for your honest opinion or review for restaurant's future betterment. They even surprised us with cake for special occasion. Mr.Azam from the sahib room restaurant made our experience memorable. Definitely visiting again ! :

Food has this fascinating quality to transport you to a different head space by dint of its quality (or the lack of it thereof). Luckily, from start to finish, each of the dishes on offer at Sahib Room was sublime, the very embodiment of a happy meal for adults. Refined, elevated, and deeply rooted in tradition, each bite fed my food soul and left me purring like the Cheshire Cat. Huge ups to Chef Taj and team on an outstanding job done. Particular standouts were the Amardani Lobster, featuring hunky pieces of seafood in a rich, creamy gravy, and the Nalli Nihari, where chunks of perfectly cooked mutton swam in a sea of unctuous, smooth gravy I'd happily bathe in every day. Don't judge me. The chicken biryani was great too, but didn't have that write-poems-about-it quality the way the Nihari or Lobster did. Still, worth a dekko for sure. Highly recommended on the whole, will return for sure. What are you still doing reading this? Get there and order a Nihari. Or not, if you’re vegetarian. Whatever. It’s a free country.

One shouldn’t miss the excellent food at The Sahib Room. Chef Taj Shah made sure that all our food was curated and made to perfection… it was a special occasion for my family, entire team made sure with their amazing efforts that our night was made very special… thank you so much team !!!
